    Good apartment on UES
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Management is very responsive
    Good location to subway stations
    Comes with building cat!
    Rooms are pretty soundproof - only hear neighbors while I’m in the hallway
    Cons:
    Hotel and hospital on the same street leads to noise
    No laundry in building
