    Nice and clean building

    1) Nice doormen
    2) Lots of closets
    3) Spacious apartments
    Cons:
    1) Dated lobby and hallways
    2) Too many dogs
    3) Bad AC units

    Refresh the lobby and hallways

    The amenities are great! The building staff is kind and responsive to any request.
    Cons:
    Building management itself could be a little kinder, I did not interact with management much but they were very short with me.
