    Great building, lovely doorman/ super/ maintenance/ great neighbors
    Cons:
    Overly priced, mold on the ceiling, walls falling apart over time

    -amazing doormen and maintenance team
    -clean building and spaces
    -laundry on each floor
    -friendly neighbors
    Cons:
    -roof could use improved furniture
    -laundry is expensive ($3.50/machine so $7/load)
