    Very nice rental

    Pros:
    The building is a good walk up. I like how there’s two doors at the main entrance for double security. Generally quite a nice building that is kept in good condition.
    Cons:
    There are steep stairs
    Advice to owner:
    Things are well and we’re very impressed with how this property is run.
