    Great area; questionable moments

    Pros:
    So much to do and see. Beautiful tree lined block. Gorgeous Central Park near by and perfect distance from train
    Cons:
    Packages are stolen often, no security cameras! Management takes a long time to fix things, drunk kids getting locked out often ringing bells, many rats outside but that’s all if nyc.
    Advice to owner:
    Get cameras dude!

    -trash and recycling are easy
    Cons:
    -management is hard to work with
    -my apartment has a mouse that I cannot get rid of
