    liveable but with issues

    Pros:
    great location, stairs arent too steep, lots of sunlight
    Cons:
    i could barely fit in the bathroom and the toilet was right up against the wall. cockroaches in stairs and always smelled bad
    Advice to owner:
    clean the common areas
