Decent location but leaves some to be desired for the price

Pros:
The building is in a great location and often has spacious bedrooms.
Cons:
Most of the units do not have a good view, there are large and small cockroaches, the kitchen are puny with nowhere to prepare food and are hard to clean, the walls are matte, which makes them easily scuffed and dirty.

Newly renovated, good location
Cons:
Cockroaches the first day we got there. We’ve taken every extensive measure to prevent it, (weekly sprays, fumigation) and it’s gotten progressively worse.
Advice to owner:
This seems like a building infestation to look into
