    CORNACCHIA has been unresponsive for over a year.

    Pros:
    Nice fire hydrant.
    Cons:
    No property management. CORNACCHIA has been unresponsive and gossips that we don’t take care of the building. He never returns a call; is always out of NY state and says he won’t return for any emergency. There are several garbage fines which have been hanging around for months. CORNACCHIA vacated his office with no forewarning address. He gets mail here. Don’t know where to send it. Neighbors loud. Heat bad and no COVID protocols.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a property manager. Who isn’t abusive and threatening for now reason.
