    Good building on UES

    Pros:
    Good location, management and super are great. Very responsive and helpful.
    Cons:
    Pests, mouse and cockroaches
    Advice to owner:
    Remodel and close up the holes in the walls to prevent the pests

    Great location
    Cons:
    Disgusting dirty tenants who have lived there so long and feel entitled. Hoarders, people with 10 plus cats in their apt, history of a very bad bed bug infestation. Super is useless and building is filthy. Roaches, water bugs and mice.
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate and clean
