    Pros:
    Clean and well kept. Mostly friendly neighbors.
    Cons:
    Thin walls and floors. Some neighbors think the noise is you when it can be nearby units.
    Advice to owner:
    Prepare for construction next door

    Pros:
    For a walk up in Manhattan, this building is pretty solid. I lived here for two years and no major complaints.
    Cons:
    Hot in the winter but to be expected in a walk up
    I had one or two water bugs over the two years I lived there.
