Management was incredibly nice, helpful, and personable. My apartment was fully renovated so it was new and clean. My bathroom was made of marble and really beautiful. They gave back full security deposit after a walk through on my moving day, no funny business. Property owner extremely involved and you could frequently find them in the building office nearby. Can’t say enough good things about the owner + the super Oriana.
Cons:
Only 1 bedroom in 2 bedroom unit came with AC. Couldn’t put an AC in the one without because fire escape. Designated hospital garbage center across the street so a garbage truck came every night and was extremely noisy. Both bedrooms were street facing so both tenants would wake up from this. Rooms were super tiny, basically just big enough for a full bed and one very small side table. Closet had sliding doors which made it pretty inefficient and hard to use. The only closets in the unit were single tiny ones in the bedrooms.
Advice to owner:
Add central air or wall units if you haven’t already so that both units can have access to AC. If you installed noise proof windows in street facing units I think it’d really go a long way as the garbage trucks are incredibly loud and disturbing during sleeping hours.
