    The worst building and management

    Pros:
    Pleasant area and diverse.
    Cons:
    Incompetent Management,
    Heat & Water outages,
    Huge roach problem,
    Thin walls and squeaky floors,
    Extremely disrespectful neighbors(especially young people)

    a decent place to live
    Cons:
    trash room can smell bad sometimes and is too small
    walls are thin and can hear neighbors arguing
    Advice to owner:
    get rid of trash room/find alternative
