    Wonderful studios apartments

    Pros:
    The studio apartments in this building are wonderful. They are the perfect size with ample closet space for 1 person. They are updated and well kept. Even being on a street with restaurants there was never an issue with nice or roaches. The management and maintenance team were great.
    Cons:
    Didn’t love that the garbage was inside the building but that’s what you get with avenue apartments. The entry way is a little dark and dirty sometimes but the individual apartments are not.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the entry way as nice as the apartments themselves!

    Noise from neighbors, squeaky floors
    Advice to owner:
    You don’t need to fully renovate apartments between tenants, but standard upkeep should be your practice.
