    Nice super stairs are killer

    Pros:
    Jp the super is great will help with whatever you need. Management can be a little quicker to respond but overall gets the job done. Apartments have been recently renovated and are spacious. Exterminator comes once a month - have never had pests!
    Cons:
    Stairs are wonky and old, new tenants are noisy particularly with work from home days. One Tennant never lets exterminator into their apartment (?), tenants buzz people into building and packages go missing easily. Heat is on 10 months of the year.
    Advice to owner:
    Better system for packages, don’t keep heat so high
