Nice place - crooked and slum landlord

I liked the location and repair responsiveness

Cons

The building is rent stabilized and the leasing company is avidly lying and overcharging their tenants. if you are paying over 2600 odds are they are illegally overcharging you. get your rental history from the NYC housing dept!

It was well maintained, the landlord was responsive to maintenance requests

The heater went out a few times but it was always immediately handled and communication was prompt.
