Pros:
Building and door/maintenance staff are great.
Cons:
The owner/property management company GAIA Real Estate (152 W. 57th St ,17th fl) is unresponsive, dishonest and acts in bad faith.
Advice to owner:
See above and treat tenants properly

The staff! Door men and maintenance are incredible.
Cons:
Elevators went down quite often.
Advice to owner:
The property owner is amazing! Very responsive and cares about the unit.
