Only positive thing was the 3 free month special during COVID time and thr day we could finally move out of the apartment.
Cons:
It's a walk up building and the apartment doesn't really have a living room. Technically a 2 bedroom is only a 1 bedroom, because the "living room" is more a dining area next to the kitchen and the the kitchen was right in the hallway at the entrance door. And when you stretch your arms you're touching both walls, that's how narrow the hallway kitchen is. If you're living on the 5th floor, have fun getting your groceries up the super narrow stairs. Moving was a pain too and forget to get a couch into the tiny apartment. Packages are constantly getting stolen because delivery people don't want to walk up those stairs and management doesn't care even with multiple residents complaining about the issue. On top be prepared that if you don't renew your lease, they let strangers constantly coming into your apartment to tour and show your apartment and there is nothing you can do because it's in the lease agreement.
Advice to owner:
Install cameras to prevent thieves from stealing other people's packages!

Pros:
Leaving it when I moved out.
Cons:
The definition of NYC slumlord comes to mind when thinking about this apartment unit. Upon first entrance the stairways are disgustingly filthy. The garbage room is a short walk from the front door and in the summer months the stench of the melting garbage and the clatter of the angry rats entered the first floor lobby. Issues upon issues with water, pests, and more. You were lucky to hear back within a month after a complaint. I would not recommend this building to anyone. Also became a huge hotspot for stolen packages and management refused to install cameras I’m sure because it would cost them more money.
Advice to owner:
be more kind and caring for those people paying you absurd amounts of money for tiny little apartments
