Cheap rent, big apartment

Beware the hoarder in Apt 1

Pros:
- super is very responsive over text
- heat and hot water are very hot
- good water pressure
- most neighbours are friendly
Cons:
- hoarder in apt 1 is very old and steals packages constantly
- rats run in and out of his apartment next to front door
- he keeps a fish tank on the front stoop which is cruel to the animals and litters trash in the tree in the front
- bad roach issues
Advice to owner:
kick the man in apt 1 out for health and safety concerns
