Cons:
Trash room is small and terrible, not consistent with heating, hallways not maintained well and have old dirty carpet, pigeon infestation in interior alleyway that results in constant noise and pooping all over windows and AC units
Advice to owner:
Put mesh over the alleyway to prevent the pigeons.
