Great place to call home

Pros:
Awesome management and landlord! Great neighborhood, safe building
Cons:
Pipes are a little loud in winter, but nothing out of the ordinary for an old building

amazing landlord, location, amazing place
Cons:
had a horrible neighbor who was bothered about everything and threatened to call the police on people for playing music at 4pm in the afternoon because they “couldn’t watch their movie in peace”
