Great location, quiet, spacious place compared to other places in NY, kitchen has a lot of storage. Appliances actually work! Heater is always on in the winter. Shower has good water pressure and there’s always hot water.
Cons:
Non-urgent maintenance requests take a while to get done. Apartment was filthy at move-in. Not even swept, cabinets oily and sticky, trash from previous tenant on the floor. I had to hire a cleaning crew last minute.
Advice to owner:
Clean apartments before move-in. Be more responsive to maintenance requests.

Took 3 months to get our fridge replaced. Hot water out frequently.

Pros:
Location is close to shops and transit, quiet and safe neighborhood, parks nearby, responsive to emails.
Cons:
Takes FOREVER to fix things - important things like hot water or a broken fridge. Some bugs (nothing crazy for the city though).
Advice to owner:
Don’t make people wait months for a new fridge or days for hot water
