    Not great but not the worst
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    reasonable rent, good studio layout, huge bathroom
    Cons:
    Neighbors are SO ANNOYING, walls are paper thin, building management does not do their job (my stove was broken for 4 months and they wouldn't send someone to fix it)
    Advice to owner:
    Better upkeep of the building, actually repair/update units between tenants (incl. pest control)
