    Great first apartment

    Large living space with a functioning kitchen
    Cons:
    Small bathroom with an interesting shower

    Pros:
    This apt was newly renovated and 1k less then the similar places I was looking at. Also they gave me my deposit back no questions asked.
    Cons:
    I sometimes had to call management multiple times to get stuff done.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire more people I’d have paid more for faster service
