    Great starter family home
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Gorgeous lobby w great doormen. Long hallways in apartments, kids playroom in basement and gym. Amazing location.
    Cons:
    Bit small for a family of 6, good for 5 people
    Advice to owner:
    No advice, good building
