    Pros:
    Leaving this building and all the hassles of it.
    Cons:
    Often went without heat in winter. Air conditioning was broken for weeks in the middle of summer when it was 85+ degrees. Numerous leaks from upper floors into lower floors. Very, very noisy tenants in building.
