    Good Potential for a great building

    Pros:
    Great neighborhood, quiet, nice neighbors.
    Cons:
    Elevator is always broken. Not enough washers and dryers for two buildings. Hallways could be cleaner. They need to maintain the common areas. Anytime you request for something to be fixed, they take forever.
