    Building is fine, but not great

    Pros:
    Convenient location with a very good super.
    Cons:
    Management company is often slow to fix bigger problems or does not invest in proper solutions. Very bad water pressure.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t go for easy, cheap fixes and invest in the building.

    had a mouse situation, noisy if you're bedroom window faces Lexington avenue
