    Responsive super & good building

    Pros:
    The super, Antonio, is very responsive and friendly, and very helpful when there are issues.
    Cons:
    Some problems with roaches on the ground floor. The hallways/stairways were relatively noisy, but not much to be done there.

    Really nice location. Safe and nearby 4 5 6 and Q trains
    Cons:
    Rent increases a lot yearly
