    Lovely apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Attentive super, nice staff, well kept building, great area, great location.
    Cons:
    Not a fan of the buzz in system, sometimes the door to the lobby would be left unlocked, not enough garbage space
    Advice to owner:
    More garbage space
