We made it clear after a fire in a unit of the lack of cleanliness and overall hygiene of the property. My apartment flooded 4 times. Nothing has changed. Now he has withheld my deposit for 2.5 years

They respond if and when they want to. Most people in the building complained about their issues and nothing was done or temporary/insufficient fixes were made. I don't think the super is supported by the folks who own the building to take care of it well. After a major fire in the building, they were somewhat responsive and then not at all. We moved out within a few weeks of the fire and they didn't communicate with us whatsoever. Goodbye deposit.

Unresponsive. Uncouth. No regard for tenants. Phones are not answered, messages left to no avail. Yes, they are aware of the tenants woes. The negative reviews are very accurate … in fact, very generous considering what we lived through
