    Happy to call it home

    Pros:
    It is a well-maintained, dog-friendly building with great staff. This is my first NYC apartment, and after five years, I'm convinced I landed in the perfect place for me. The staff are all friendly, responsive, and approachable.
    Cons:
    I have been unsuccessful in having my former roommate removed from the system.
