Kind of a dump

Pros:
The owner is responsive and friendly. If you’re having any problems not related to pest management or trash management, he’s prompt and happy to help.
Cons:
The entire building’s trash is crammed into this tiny room and it REEKS to the high heavens all year round but in the summer it could take someone out!! It is a breeding ground for roaches. The building has an infestation. The foundation of the building is also sinking, so the floors are tilted at a 15 degree angle.
