    not much to say...just one of the older buildings with hands-off management

    convenient location near the green line
    Cons:
    pests- common areas could be cleaner

    Great location, but building is too old

    Great location, full of bars, restaurants, super close to Central Park and the Met and Guggenheim.
    Cons:
    The building is too old, not well maintained and constantly pests problem.
