Nice apartment in great area!

Friendly super, updated kitchen, good layout
Cons:
messy stairs, appliances don't work well, hard to reach management about issues, leaky window

Excellent location w.r.t. transit, venues, restaurants, stores, and museums.
Cons:
Very unclean, infested with pests, inattentive and hostile property management/superintendent. Unconcerned with the safety of tenants or the upkeep of the building(s). Quite a shady operation.
