Decent apartment but not worth the price increases
Former Tenant
Pros:
In building laundry room Elevator Great area
Cons:
- The previous supers were amazing but the current super is extremely unhelpful. The old super would fix your issue within 2 hours of calling him. With this current super I’ve had to repeatedly call and practically beg for him to fix something and sometimes even then he won’t show up. So now the unit has a bunch of issues… - We constantly get our packages stolen, but they won’t allow us to install a doorbell camera - Aggressive rent increases, each year they have increased our rent by $500+ - My unit had a really bad mouse issue - My unit is close to the garbage so I hear everytime someone throws out their garbage - My unit has issues such as a slow flushing toilet, holes in the wall, closets with broken doors, broken fridge compartments, no ventilation in the bathroom - the upstairs neighbors seem to drop furniture and vacuum every day - next door neighbors sings loudly, like Whitney Houston level belting - the broker told us he would reimburse the broker fee in 3 months and after excuses after excuses and years of haggling he never did
Advice to owner:
Please listen to renter’s complaints and fix the issues in the apartment! Find a solution to your theft issue. Stop the unreasonable rent increases.

Terribly thin walls and unresponsive management co
Former Tenant
Pros:
Supers were excellent and responsive
Cons:
Extremely loud neighbors in multiple units. No insulation. Management did nothing to resolve noise issues and has made it nearly impossible to get out of lease. Raised rent on resigning lease during covid and never responded when contacted
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants’ noise and safety concerns
