Great building - other than neighbor

Pros:
Landlord as sweet as could be. Never had a problem with pests. I did live on the fifth floor and there was no elevator, so doing my laundry or taking my trash out in the basement was a chore.
Cons:
I had a neighbor who chased me out of the building one morning as I was leaving for work. She was quickly evicted after that.
