Great apartment building

Pros

Building is well maintained and the apartments are well taken care of. The super and building manager are very responsive. The elevator makes it worth it! Laundromat is a few doors down.

Cons

Low light in some units.

Best apartment ever

Pros

Management is extremely helpful, courteous, kind, and transparent. Apartments are maintained well, new upgrades, and functional elevator. They accept large dogs. Huge plus! Location location location!! Plenty of restaurants nearby/ Q train literally a five minute walk. 4/5/6 trains are an 8 minute walk. Secure building, always a plus especially when receiving packages.

Cons

Nothing really. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The paint job is mediocre, but I assume you can (with permission) paint an accent wall if desired. The heating poles can be a bit overwhelming in the winter, but it’s a small price to pay for this complex!

Advice to the owners

Keep doing what you’re doing! The place is fantastic!
