Great location and decent building.

Cons

The management for this building is terrible. I had issues from the very beginning. They never sent my lease after many requests. Hardly could get anyone on the phone and when you did they were unhelpful. Very difficult to get back security deposit. Garbage management was poor. This building was the only one on the block with the garbage area always a mess and overflowing.

Advice to the owners

Please do better. Treat your tenants like human beings and deal with issues instead of ignoring them.
