Fair deal for what you’re looking

Pros:
Decent clubhouse in complex, extremely responsive handymen staff, friendly security staff, good neighbors in general
Cons:
At least one elevator is always having problems, leading to huge inconvenience.
Advice to owner:
Maybe some sprucing up of the floor hallways would be nice

Amazing staff, terrible management company

Pros:
- all staff including doormen, maintenance workers, and security guards are such wonderful people and make the building a great place to live
Cons:
- management company (Ogden Cap) has too many rules. For example, food deliveries cannot come through lobby, only service entrance; you must schedule your moving date/time with them and get it approved; if you dispose of semi-large or large furniture items in the trash/recycling area, they will charge you
- building has many maintenance issues. This last winter my heat stopped working about 10x. Maintenance was quick to respond and is always courteous, but I got sick of going to bed freezing cold
- elevators take too long. Too many people living in the building and too few elevators
- inefficient use of money. The staff is tasked with sweeping sidewalks, polishing glass in the lobby, etc. when other more important issues such as lack of heat and elevator overcrowding are more significant issues
