    Staff was friendly and responsive, building was clean
    Cons:
    Had some roaches but building was extremely response and took care of the issue

    Very well maintained by super and management . Kind and helpful neighbors .
    Community feel
    Cons:
    Super is a tight ass! Yet, maintains a clean building
    First Avenue is very noisy so beware
