    Old, hot, cheap and clean

    Pros:
    Cheap, good neighbors, no complains, big
    Cons:
    Floor are heavily slanted, no heat control whatsoever. Walk up
    Advice to owner:
    Re paint the hallways.

    Nice apartment but had some weird issues

    The building is very nice and homey, all of the neighbors were kind and helpful.
    Cons:
    The floors of my apartment were very warped making it hard to put any furniture against walls.
    Advice to owner:
    Look into replacing the flooring.
