Landlord AND super were the WORSTTTTT

Pros:
Things I liked about this building was the view out the windows, the sunlight, how spacious it was, the Maytag fridge.
That’s the only thing that kept me in this unit.

Cons:
Landlord was a nightmare. She had zero regard for anyone or anything. Had no manners, didn’t give a shit if there was a mouse/roach infestation, or that the hallways had actual trash bags sitting in them for weeeks, attracting more rodents. She was racist, rude, disrespectful, and the super was the same. He lived next door, but couldn’t bother coming over to fix a leak, or clean the hallways. Entire management can suck it.
Advice to owner:
Fire syne and your super. And stop gouging people when you can’t even provide them with the basic necessities, like picking up other people’s trash off the stairways
