    Not as lavish as it looks

    Dog friendly
    Balcony
    Cons:
    Cock roaches
    Garbage build up
    Apartments electric wired poorly
    Heat doesn’t work properly and loud
    Worst street and noise in all of Manhattan due to double parking
    Homeless smoke crack across the street, defecting in public, littering
    Grouted bathroom floor
    Dirty apartment on move in day not cleaned by building
    Building did not take Covid seriously
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better maintenance crew they were mean and unhelpful or unwilling to fix and or do their jobs with professionalism
