Pros

Elevator & laundry included, big mirror as soon as you enter the “lobby” which is great for checking your outfit just before heading out! Super fair prices

Cons

Not luxury, outdated fixtures

Advice to the owners

Update the kitchens, then it’s perfect!

pretty thin, i was by the front door so heard everyone entering/exiting the building. also had to listen to my neighbor playing the phantom of the opera soundtrack 24/7
