Very responsive landlord and Super. Friendly, understanding, and quick to fix issues with the apartment. Going on three years with only one cockroach sighting — which was fixed promptly with pest control. Great area, and price has remained consistent.
Cons:
Above a bar, but doesn’t tend to get too loud. Some issues with packages being stolen / going missing.

Pros:
Love living here, highly recommend the building to anyone. Management is attentive, super is friendly and helpful, neighbors are great and quiet. Apartment are filled with light and spacious.
Cons:
Being on Second Ave can be loud at times if you’re a light sleeper
