Location- Close to transportation,restaurants/bars and walking distance to Carl Shultz and Central Park.
Cons:
The super of the building was unreliable, showed up whenever he wanted or would say he was coming to fix something and would never show. Once he let himself in while i was in the shower, with no announcement. The landlord was also unreliable and shady. The fridge in our apartment had stopped working and when we reported this to the landlord he took his sweet time replacing it. Not until we reported to the city did this get resolved. Overall the apartment was okay.
Advice to owner:
Your tenants are paying you your salary. Listen to their request and needs and attend to them ASAP.
