    Great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    No major issues during a year of renting. Very quiet, never heard noise from neighboring apts, friendly and helpful staff, no issues with water pressure/temp
    Cons:
    Building is overly heated -- I had to open windows in the day and run air conditioning overnight to be comfortable in the winter
