A giant mixed bag.
Pros
Very average building, issues with leaks and old infrastructure.
Cons
Horribly late to repair my leaking shower ceiling. Was left unrepaired for close to 5 months before they finally sent someone to fix it. Intercom hasn't worked in half a year, delivery people can't come in without ringing every apartment in the first 3 floors so that someone can walk down and open the door for them.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive and care about the building's tenants.
