very smelly in the hallways neighbors kept throwing trash in the halls some bugs in the building

First 6 months good. Second were so-so

Good location. Responsive Super. Built well

Cons

Management began doing a worse job in the second half of our lease. We are seeing more bugs. Tenants will leave garbage or shoes in the hall/stairwell.

Do a little more to make the building cleaner and avoid pests.
