Watch out for the rats at night.

Pros:
Good Area in-between the river and trains.
Cons:
Worn down, bad maintenance. Rats all over the basement and running around the front at night. Very horrible maintained. Elevator broke several times and took weeks to be repaired.
Advice to owner:
Better building management and maintenance.

Pros:
Very close to the subway
Laundry in building (tho partially a con too)
Cons:
My place apparently was above a broiler for the whole building and was 95+ degrees year round. Laundry is right next to the garbage in the basement. Basement has rats.
